Paul - Bring it to Detroit
John Henry, Thursday, June 11th, 2009
I've been waiting for a hot show to come to Detroit. Not since 2004, when I started in the promotion business with Menopause the Musical, have I seen a show come close. We sent over 2000 groups over a 2 year span to that show and it's what started my business. We need something like this show to … more bring back the fond memories of the great Italian community here in Detroit. The Gem Theatre is the perfect location for a show like this. People around here need something to cheer about and to take their minds off the Auto Industry. This show can do it.
BADA BING BADA BOOM!
Mark Weber, Thursday, May 28th, 2009
What a perfect show with incredible energy on the part of all the actors and musicians. I imagine this show, Bada Bing! Bada Boom! will be seen at many other venues in the years to come as it's so well done, and it's great to say it debuted at MusicalFare! Kudos to you, the staffers, and all those … more involved on creating a great live music and memories experience for so many people. "Just A Gigolo," "Lazy Mary," "Closest to the Bone," "I'll Be Glad When You're Dead," "Calypso Italiano," and "Mambo Italiano" were all highlights for me. I could add in a few more songs, too. My compliments to Louis, Paschal, Lisa, and Paul on their outstanding performances. They looked like they were having a GREAT time and that made the audience, including me, have a great time too. The show is so good I wouldn't be surprised if the extended run lasted throughout the summer! Sincerely, Mark Weber

I agree with John. The night I saw the show the audience was really enjoying themselves. And the beginning of Act 2 was a riot! It was all capped by a standing ovation at the end. I thought it was a blast.

I really liked it. This and BUDDY were my two favorite shows of the year because when you left the theatre you were in a great mood. Thanks MusicalFare for a great season!
